Welcome to the Semons Financial Group. The Semons Financial Group is a full service employee benefits consulting firm doing business primarily in Southeast Idaho and Northern Utah areas. Offering Employee benefits has become a critical part of every serious employers strategy to attract and retain good employees. Unfortunately, it has become an increasingly expensive part of doing business as well! Finding cost effective solutions and providing technologically advanced services that meet the specific needs of our clients is our singular focus and mission.

Mark Semons
President, Semons Financial Group
Mark has 17 years experience in the field of Insurance as a Health and Group Benefits Agent and licensed Consultant. Mark has specialized in Self-Funded Group Benefits for the last 15 years which has offered him the opportunity to become intimately familiar with all aspects of these advanced concepts. Mark's background offers a depth of experience rare to the insurance industry.

Jean Kunz
Service Representative and Special Programs Manager
Jean brings 15 years experience in insurance billing and adjudication offering our clients employees fast, professional service on tough claims issues. At the Semons Financial Group we understand that most employees often find it difficult to solve their own claims problems. As a secondary service to your chosen carrier, we offer a hands on approach to solving problems fast!

Trent Sutton
Licensed Agent
Our newest agent graduating from Idaho State University in Accounting. Trent is a very professional addition to our firm specializing in group benefits for small to medium sized companies. Trent also handles individual insurance needs and is the group Service Representative for the Idaho Association of Highway Districts, Inc. Life and Vision plans.

Ethan Farmer
Director of Information Technology
At the Semons Financial Group we believe that technology is the key to the future. As such we have invested heavily into internet based solutions for the most demanding problems our clients face.  In May of 2003 Toolbox Software Corporation was started by Mark Semons, Ethan Farmer, Matt Hansen, and Brent Auger.  Toolbox Software develops software for the insurance industry, as well as other industries, that will help to streamline the policy renewal process.  The software,  iApp, is currently used by Semons Financial Group.
