Why IApp?

Providing employee benefits has become a significant part of every Employer’s business strategy.

With the continually rising cost of employee benefits it has become more important for employers everywhere to carefully manage the cost of your benefit programs.

The quality and price of your benefits can vary widely depending on the quality of information your employer is able to provide prospective insurance companies.

Due to changing regulations and government concerns over the privacy of personal health information, employers are finding it more difficult to provide the best benefits available and still respect the privacy of your personal health information.

The Semons Financial Group has provided your employer with a solution!

Through the Semons Financial Group and your employer, you have access to iApp, an online system that will provide your employer the tools needed to bring you the best benefits possible at the lowest price while still allowing you the opportunity to keep your personal health information private.

How to use

To use iApp, go to the Semons Financial Group website (www.semonsfinancial.com). Once there, you will see an icon titled “Log in”. After clicking that icon, you will be asked to enter your “username” and “password”.

Your username will generally be your full first and last name, i.e. (jonathonsmith). If this doesn’t work, contact your employer or the Semons Financial Group to verify your user name. Your password will initially be the year of your birth, i.e. (1952).

For your privacy, it is recommended that the first thing you do is change your “password” using any combination of letters and numbers. To change the password click on the “Account” button at the top of the page, and then the “Password” icon on the left of the screen.

Once you have changed your password, click on the “Main” button at the top of the screen. This will take you back to the initial screen where you begin the process.

From this point the system will guide you each step of the way and inform you when you have completed IApp.

Please remember that our ability to help your employer depends upon the quality of the information we are able to collect from you. Your first time through this process will take some time. However, from year to year it will be much easier whereas you will only need to review and update your personal information.
