Will my employer ever see the information I disclose on iApp?
No, iApp was developed so that the Semons Financial Group can
assist your Employer in providing the benefits you want without
ever having to handle paper applications and your Personal
Health Information. The Semons Financial Group ensures that
compliance to applicable privacy legislation will be maintained.
The Semons Financial Group will only share your personal
information with prospective insurers to obtain the best
insurance rates possible.
If I don't complete the application can I return later to
finish it?
Yes, iApp will save any information that you have entered.
When you return to finish your application you can start at
the place you left.
Will I have to repeat this process everytime my employer shops
for benefits?
No, Not completely. With most individuals there is little change
from year to year in their families health information. iApp
will retain all your families personal information and you
can simply review, change, delete or add any new information.
This process will be far less time consuming than physically
completing yearly paper applications.
How
can I be sure my personal information won’t be accessed
without my permission if it is stored on someone’s computer?
The Semons Financial Group has gone to great lengths to protect
your personal information. All your information is encrypted
as it travels over the internet to our secured servers and
while it is stored in our protected data base, even our encryption
codes have been encrypted. As long as you have changed your
password to a custom code that only you would know, your information
should be very safe.
What if I forget my password?
Simply call the Semons Financial Group and we will email your
password directly to your email address and or mail it to
your physical address listed in our system. Confirmation
calls will be made every time a password request has been
made to verify the authenticity of the caller.
